Every row this register holds is published as JSON and as CSV under an open licence: 2,764 agricultural jantri rows, 376 non-agricultural rows and the 22 notified villages with their gazette schedule figures. Each row carries the source document and the page it was read from.
Every rate on this site comes from a rate book headed ASR - 2011 Final, in force from 18 April 2011. It is the legal stamp duty floor of 2011. A revision has since been proposed and then deferred after objections, and this register holds no document for it, so it prints no figure for it. Confirm the rate in force today with the Gujarat Revenue Department before you transact. Never read a 2011 figure as a 2026 market price.

Source Generated by the build script for this register from Annual Statement of Rates, edition ASR 2011 Final, agricultural land, Ahmedabad district. Issued by the Superintendent of Stamps, Gandhinagar, Gujarat State. In force under the Revenue Department resolution dated 18 April 2011. - The JSON files carry the edition, the issuing authority, the in force date, the source document and page for every row, and the source's own declared gaps. The CSV files carry the same rows flattened, one header line, UTF-8.
- Licensed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The underlying government documents are public records and are not our copyright. Attribution should name the Annual Statement of Rates and the issuing authority as the source of the rates.
- Nothing in these files is estimated. Every value is either printed in a government document or absent.
What is in each row
Column by column, and why the unreadable field is published too.
2,764 records
Record identifier, district, taluka as printed, village as printed, the gazette village name where the village is one of the notified 22, whether it is inside the notified region, survey numbers verbatim, land category in English and in Gujarati, road situation, rate per acre, rate per square metre, both rate strings exactly as printed, the date the rate came into force, the status tag, the document title, the issuing authority, the source document and the source page.
376 records
District, taluka as printed, village as printed, the development authority village name and how it was matched, whether it is inside the notified region, land category, road zone, survey numbers, rate per square metre, the rate string as printed, the effective date, the status tag, the edition, the source document and the source page.
22 records
Gazette name, census name and code, sub district, taluka at notification, schedule serial number, declared area, declared survey numbers, which lists the village belongs to, town planning scheme membership, the name printed in the rate book, how that name was matched, and the count and range of the rate rows this register holds for it.
The raw Gujarati extraction is preserved in the agricultural file under the fields ending in _raw_extract. It is unreadable as text because the rate book embeds Gujarati in a legacy non Unicode font, and it is published anyway so that every transcription on this site can be challenged against the original bytes.
Using it without misusing it
Five conditions, none of them legal, all of them about not laundering a 2011 floor into a 2026 price.
- State the edition. Every rate in these files is the ASR - 2011 Final figure, in force from 18 April 2011, and it is not the rate in force today.
- State the unit and the date beside any figure you republish. A rate per square metre and a rate per acre are both printed here and they are the same rate expressed twice.
- Do not aggregate rows into a village average and call it a village rate. A row applies to the survey numbers printed on it. This register publishes minimum, median and maximum for exactly that reason and marks them as derived.
- Do not fill the blanks. Where the book prints nothing, the file carries nothing, and that is the correct value.
- If you find an error, write to corrections@dholera-property.com with the source page number. Every row carries one so that this is possible.
