What would trigger a change here
Four things, and the first one is the one worth watching.
- A later edition of either rate book reaching this register. It would be published as its own register, dated and labelled, and this one would stay up unchanged so that older citations still resolve.
- A boundary variation notification for the Special Investment Region. The 2009 schedule fixes the region at 879.3377 square kilometres and current publicity says about 920, a difference this register flags and does not reconcile.
- A correction to a transcription. The Gujarati in both rate books is embedded in a legacy non Unicode font and was read by rendering the pages as images, so every Gujarati string here is a transcription that can be challenged.
- A document setting the government allotment rate, which would fill the second of the three ladders. None is held today.
